Diaphragm/bell came apart in trying to put it on pediatric cardiology chest piece. I only purchased this item for the pediatric portion of my stethoscope because Littmann doesn't have a replacement.It is not one piece. You lay the diaphragm on the chest piece, and then have to put band around it. Diaphragm is too large and almost impossible to get band to fit around it.I wouldn't recommend.
