Fog machines (this is a “faze” machine) are always a gamble. You basically buy them expecting them to work a couple times and then not again. Not so with this one. I mounted on wall in my bar and connected to DMX with ADJ DMX Go. Figuring out the settings on DMX took a little trial and error but I’ve got it down great now and it works flawlessly so far. Very happy with it. ~Z

Product worked for less than 60 days then broke & stopped working. Need a replacement. should still be under warranty.Only used it 12 hours a week. I need a replacement ASAP. How do I return?

I was looking for a medium venue haze machine, which would give me a constant controlled flow of haze for my beam LEDs and aerial effect lasers. Controlling the amount of haze can be a little finicky, but manageable. But you still have to monitor it, to avoid too much haze. Yes, it will set off smoke detectors if you over do it. I use the remote to control it. However, I've connected it to MyDMX Go, MyDMX 3.0, and Sound Switch, as well.I would not use this in small venues.

So I have several "Fog" machines that I sometimes can use to trace my lights, however this haze machine is AWESOME. Like in the pictures I have here, I only set it to a light haze via the super long corded remote, and its plenty for a long room such as this. Now, there were no smoke alarms visible but it was so light that I dought that it would have set them off and you can see the light beams just fine. I could have turned this thing up and it would have been a Halloween setting for sure.Highly recommend!!!!

Used twice and it stopped working, seems to have electrical problems and shipping back and forth to amazon is not an option. Waste of $300.
