Table is great but the delivery process was terrible. I spoke with the company and they they were completely unhelpful and wouldn’t return calls. I need 3 more of this style table but will order from a different company.

Came together with ease. All parts were there and well marked. It is sturdy and a beautiful piece of furniture that fits in with our exercise room. Would definitely recommend this manufacture for quality.

My package arrived damaged with the wooden bottom having deep scratches and a hole. The outer package was not damaged, so one would assume it was defective from the factory. It was missing legs (none) and hardware as well. So after 6 weeks and numerous attempts on my part to get this settled, I have an exam table against the wall in an exam room that is useless to me. I have never received a call that was promised to get this resolved. Just everyone passing the buck to me. I need another exam table and I can assure you that I will never ever buy this product from this site!!!!!

I got this exam table for my own private office where I am doing medical disability evaluations a few days a week. It came with the top not completely screwed into the entire frame and some of the screws were stripped so we could not fully fix this- though it still seems sturdy. I wanted a table where the back would go up to provide support for those that need it, and while it does do so patients have to slide themselves all the way down to the back of the table - which is not feasible for everyone. Overall I am satisfied given the price, though may not recommend for busy practices or for elderly, etc.

very disappointed two tables out of three ordered had broken pieces on them , I kept all three tables but two do not function as the one non broken one, I called amazon and they offered $80 for the inconvienence caused, I thought that was an insult of a offer to make, since those two tables are in my medical office now being used for patient evals by our docs. thx cliff G.
