Compact Space Saving Design
Small 9.4 x 10.7 inch footprint with a premium design. High accuracy, true class II balance with 0.001g(1mg) accuracy for any weighing application. Our unique design of the pan shield eliminates the need for a draft shield which makes the balance compact and easy to store.

Large LCD Display
Equipped with a large 7-segment LCD display which ensures excellent visibility of weighing results. The display features many indicators which make the scale intuitive and easy-to-use.
USB and RS232 Ports
A programmable RS232 and USB communication port allows transferring data to a printer or a PC. Under the control of TORBAL Connect Software, data may be exported to standard word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Draft Ring
The draft ring is standard on all AD models with a resolution of 0.001g. Its unique design around the pan minimizes the need for a windscreen in environments with common air movements. The draft ring provides full access to the pan while maintaining stability during weighing.
Easy to Use Leveler
The die-cast metal base uses a tripod support system which consists of two adjustable legs and one fixed leg. Combined with an accurate bubble level indicator, the system ensures fast, accurate, and easy leveling.

Robust die-cast metal housing makes it ideal for virtually any weighing application. This rugged design provides a stable weighing platform and ensures a long operating life of the scale.

Don't expect even an ounce of good customer service from Torbal. Their warranty doesn't cover any load cell repairs. Had to contact them multiple times to get a reply on what was wrong with my balance, cost over 400 dollars to repair, took over four days to get a hold of someone to pay for the repair, and when I got my balance back, it still had a faulty load cell. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Torbal is a really good, moderately priced scale - nice accuracy with a repeatable stability. The RS-232 was another important factor
