When you are weighing out dry ingredients, you have to constantly re-zero. I use exclusively use it for ceramics and am always wondering if my weights are accurate.

This scale is indeed accurate to 0.1grams. Reset to 0 works perfectly also. Same measurements every time. Perfect scale.
