Parecen un poco aparatosas y al meter el pie en el zapato parece que te vaya a faltar espacio. Si el zapato te viene justo te faltará, media talla de zapato más mejor. Pero son lo más cómodo que he probado en mi vida!! Si de normal al andar rato los pies me dolían, con estas plantillas no he notado dolor alguno. (llevando ese calzado durante el dia entero)

I was excited to try these insoles based on the commercials I saw for it. I should have questioned it more with the lack of size options. I wear a 10.5 shoe size, so I selected the size for men’s 10-14. Totally wrong size! I cut it to size and inserted them into my new shoes. The cushions for the toes are actually not in the right position to cushion the toes. In fact, my foot would need to be scrunched in a much smaller shoe in order to be in the right position. Nothing is in the right position to really be effective. I feel bad for people with a larger shoe size. I think they should’ve sold sizes for each foot, not a one size fits all scenario. No way to get a refund as this comes out of China.

Insole is easy to cut and fit into shoe. Also it takes a day or so to adjust to to the addition to the shoe but then it's good. My husband says his feet and knees feel better. Thanks

I have to admit, I was skeptical about these insoles. I bought them anyways, and have to admit they're really really really comfortable. The stimulation took some getting used to. They do work great. My feet aren't as tired, and the neuropathy isn't as bad at the end of the day. The only thing is that I only ordered 1 set ! Oh well off to order some more sets of insoles. 🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍😁✌️I think these are well worth the money 💰, and do help with pain relief !!

I wear a woman’s size 10 but these were really big. The instructions say to cut them down, but when cutting them down, I got to the toe part and they were still too long for my shoes. At this point it was hard to send them back because I had destroyed them by cutting.

Been using Spenco Orthopedic Insoles for years. They are very firm but work. I was bombarded by the Akusoli adds and they sounded great. I bought the "hiking/work boot" version for $29.00 which after receiving them, I don't believe that they are any different from the regular, less expensive version. Put them in my everyday Moab III's and they felt really interesting. Wore them around the house for a few hours and they really felt stimulating. Things changed after a 2 mile hike. Felt like pebbles in my shoes. Every time I walked on a root or rock, any uneven surface, it drove the hardpoints deeper into my feet.My feet hurt for hours after wearing these. Maybe they would be different on consistent, even, flat surfaces or in the gym. Will never buy them again.
