I'm probably going to reorder when needed. I use them for my work shoes, and my feet no longer hurt after a 5-hour shift on my feet in composite shoes. It is still a relief to take off, but it made my work shoes a lot more comfortable. My legs also feel better after using these. Great purchase

Did not work for me . Was too big and uncomfortable . I took it off after few hours and felt much better .

Love these inserts. They only took a day to get used too. They really to energize and relieve foot pain and pressure. A small price to feel like wanting to walk again.

These were so very uncomfortable - I wear a size 6 shoe and had to trim off most of the toe end- the cushioning looked comparable to what I had but it gave no support whatsoever / I threw them in the trash

Ces semelles je les conseille à TOUTES LES PERSONNES. POURQUOI, parce que je suis une ancienne danseuse classique . J'ai pratiqué et enseigné jusqu'à 63 ans.. Et si je n'avais pas eu un "incident de parcours sérieux" je serai encore à la barre. Bref, tout cela pour vous dire, que cet incident était très grave. J'ai failli y laisser la vie. Donc, comme je suis une "fonceuse" je ne me suis pas écoutée. Mais près de 5 ans en Clinique et encore à ce jour. (et j'ai maintenant 80 ans dans quelques mois !). Compte tenu de cet incident, j'ai des aides, et également pour m'accompagner en Clinique, courses etc. Mais je tenais debout difficilement, et j'avais tendance à me courber. Donc, redresse toi etc. ! Oui, je me redresse mais hop je me rabaisse. Et j'ai voulu essayé ces semelles que j'avais vu sur un site. Avant de commander je me suis dit : "Peut être que sur Amazone" ! Oui, elles étaient là et moins chers. J'ai acheté. Une de mes employées m'a attrapée la jambe, a plaqué la semelle sous mon pied et a fait du découpage..jusqu'à ce que la semelle puisse rentrer dans une bottine. Comprenez qu'auparavant, outre que je me courbais pour marcher, j'étais aussi en déséquilibre. D'où canne pour ne pas tomber etc. Mais je zigzag quand même ! Depuis que j'ai les semelles dans les bottines, je suis sur un coussin tout doux.. ET SURTOUT JE SUIS DROITE COMME UN "PIQUET" !! ET JE NE SUIS PLUS DESEQUILIBREE.. CE JOUR, AVEC UN DE MES "GARDIENS", je lui ai demandé : " Au fait tu n'as rien remarqué !!" Hésitation.. Puis, je lui ai dit : " Tu ne me dis plus de me redresser, car j'étais courbée et tu ne me tiens plus la main car je risquais de tomber" ! Et là, je suis seule au milieu de la route etc. Et je ne trébuche pas, je marche en restant bien droite, et je ne tombe plus !! Ce sont les semelles.. La réponse est là.. C'est pourquoi j'ai pris un peu de temps avant de mettre mon commentaire.. .CES SEMELLES VALENT A ELLES SEULES, TOUS LES KINES, LES CANNES, LES FAUTEUILS ETC. POUR PEU QUE L'ON SOIT UN PEU "COURAGEUSE" . MAIS JE PUIS VOUS ASSURER QUE CE SONT DES SEMELLES SUPER . POUR TOUTES CELLES ET CEUX QUI ONT EU DES GROSSES CHIRURGIES, ACCIDENTS ETC. ET QUI MANQUENT D'EQUILIBRE, N'ARRIVENT PLUS A MARCHER CORRECTEMENT, SE VOUTENT ETC. ACHETEZ LES SEMELLES. NON CE NE SONT PAS LES SEMELLES D'UN PODOLOGUE (ON CONNAIT AUSSI) C'est MILLE FOIS MIEUX. ET LA ENCORE JE PEUX VOUS LE DIRE CAR J'AI EU LES SEMELLES PAR PODOLOGUE.. UN CONSEIL ACHETEZ ET ENSUITE, IL NE RESTERA PLUS QU'A DECOUPER JUSQU'A VOTRE POINTURE.. Strange looking things. Wasn't sure I could walk on them. They seemed like they would hurt my feet but, oddly, they don't. Still waiting to see if they have a positive effect.

My feet have been hurting me for a few months. I work retail and am on my feet all day! Ive gone to someone who massages those pressure points in my feet to relieve the pain. I was looking to get new inserts and saw this. They have definitely helped my feet. But they can’t be worn every day. I wore them for a week. Most times they felt good and relieved my pain, occasionally it felt like a rock in my shoe. After a week I changed back to my other inserts because my feet were better.

I have tried several insoles. I purchased barefoot shoes, foot sleeves and orthopedic tennis shoes, etc. I've been using these insoles for a little over a month and actually feel some relief. Of course, I am still using cold packs, rolling a ball under my feet, and making the alphabet with my foot. At first the small bumps on the insoles where the pressure points are placed hurt a little but then once my feet got used to them they were fine. Will definitely be purchasing more of these.
