i ordered two, the first one blew up when it touched the part. the second one drilled 22 holes without any trouble

These work great in my mag drill, I’ve bought this brand before, and as long as even pressure and quality cutting fluid is used. They last just as long for way less than other brands Used on stainless 40 schedule pipe, and preforms decent, they do wear quicker than other brands on stainless, but still half the price.

These annular cutters worked surprisingly well. I bought two thinking that the first one would dull quickly. The first one drilled over 120 holes in 1-1/8 steel and probably could have done more. Use plenty of cutting fluid, go slow and these cutters will do the job you need.

My first bit from evolution broke on the second hole(user error likely) Second bit(nearly $100) drilled a few dozen holes but was slow. This $22 Bit drilled over 400 holes through half inch and quarter inch plate!!!!!! The last hole it drilled was only 2 seconds slower than the first. WIll only buy these from now on!!!

Wow, I expected such an inexpensive cutter to wear out after a few holes, but I figured I would give it a shot. I'm now over 100 holes in 3/4" stock (that's 75" of total cut!) and it still cuts like butter. I'm impressed. I always run with lots of lube and keep the pressure on the mag drill, so that may have helped.

Cut 60 holes through 1 inch thick A36 steel plate with a single cutter. Used a drill press with a Weldon shank to mt4 adaptor and 5W30 motor oil. Cutter is still sharp. Purchased more.
