Purchased this when the pricing went crazy low. I bought it for less than $100. When it arrived it was not in an AC Delco box but it was the exact same motor assembly that was on my 2000 C5. Stamped with GM, correct markings and stickers. I installed it in less than 30 minutes. Saved myself over $400 off the dealership part price, let alone their install fee.

This is not anAC Delco part as advertised the barcode sticker says maid in Taiwan. Also it is not a passenger side as advertised it is a drivers side. I opted to return it as Amazon could not guarantee I would not receive the correct part if I ordered it again. Lastly I had no problem paying $200 for an OEM part but this is not an OEM part.

Amazon has the wrong conscription of this product. 19207410 is not the passenger side head light motor, instead it is the drivers side. The 192074109 is not the drivers side head light motor but instead is the passenger side. I ordered the 410 model and it was wrong for the passenger side but decided to keep it and replace the drivers side motor and ordered a new one for the passenger side. When I received the passenger side 109 and went to install them, I found out that this is an after marked part and not an AC Delco/GM part and the mounting holes did not line up and the thru bolt configuration is also wrong. I went to return the items and the 30 day period was missed by 2 days. This is on Amazon for the wrong description for the parts.

This unit is slower than OEM and much noisier....not happy. It is also reinforced with 3 tiny screws, which the original should have come with. I've used a few different adhesives, Gorilla Glue, JB Weld for plastic etc when I rebuilt these units with no luck....they all seem to come apart after a while. Gonna try the Ultra violet glue system on the old one.

This head unit is different than the OEM which affects the speed in which the light goes up and down from the factory motor. (A little faster) overall very happy with the purchase and was able to install myself.
