Perfect fit. Easy installation. You'll need a rachet for the removal/installation.I purchased a new gas cap becuase my check engine light turned on. I checked the code and it was P0442 - Evaporative emissions system leak detected (small leak).After about 3-4 days with the new gas cap and the check engine light went away on its own.

Fits perfectly on my 1998 Chevrolet C1500 pickup truck. This is a great copy of the original. It has the same tether as the stock gas cap. One screw to remove and reinstall to complete the replacement.
