QUICK AND EASY OPERATION IN THREE SIMPLE STEPS
- Remove the back cover and install the two AAA batteries included in the box.
- Insert your finger by aligning it with the red light and wait for the oximeter to switch on.
- Read the results in eight to ten seconds.
The AccuMed Pulse Oximeter is a painless and non-invasive device that shows you:
- OXYGEN SATURATION or SpO2 LEVEL: Shows the percentage of how much hemoglobin in your blood is carrying oxygen, with normal levels at 95% or greater
- PULSE RATE: Provides the number of heartbeats per minute

I bought this because I'm an ICU nurse and work on the side in a nursing home, where the equipment is always either missing or broken. I've tested this against hospital equipment and it is very accurate. It can pick up a reading with good waveform on nursing home patients with horrible circulation that not even the multi-thousand dollar mobile monitors owned by the facility will work on! I love that it shows a waveform and not just a number for the pulse, because it gives you a better idea of whether or not you are getting an accurate reading!

I’m an EMT and enjoy having easy to carry/easy to use gear on hand. This is perfect for on the go. Nurses have always had problems getting a reading with the Pulse Oximeter Blood Oxygen Sensor SpO2 they had, and since my hands are contracted they have to put it on my thumb to get their reading. This one however gives an accurate read within 15 sec and I've never seen one do that before, at least not on my fingers I reccomend this to anyone with bad circulation in their hands/fingers or just cold fingers.

This is the easiest to read pulse/ox I have ever used. the display is bright and presents a pulse graph in addition to the heart rate and O2. You can press the power button to select one of the three different view modes so that you don't have to read it sideways or upside down. the only thing this and every other pulse/ox suffers from is a flimsy battery hatch. I recommend putting in new batteries and then tape the battery hatch shut using medical tape.

This product came with case And holder, it make easy to keep, I use at home. I bought this one because the nurse in my daughter’s pediatrician recommended to me (she was using the same in the hospital). It Is very easy to understand, but also the nurse explains to me how to used and read, and when I have to take my daughter to the hospital. I will suggest always ask some to understand about this medical items, so as a mother of a toddler I feel more confident.

It works fine, but no better than a similar product that is half the price. Having to use a button to switch it on is a pain. Other, cheaper products, automatically sense when a finger has been inserted. Not overly impressed.

The goods supplied are of good quality and working perfect The delivery of the goods was poor today the least. The package had been opened. I was not asked to sign a recept and there were batteries missing from one of the items. The girl who delivered it did not wait for me to check it and ran off. Considering the contents I considered it Bed form.
