Having certain medical issues, a pulse ox is essential. This is one may not be a fancy one, but it is very well made. It's display is simple and bright. Simple to use and understand. It's affordable and does the job.

Best one yet I have purchased. Seems to be just like, old 25 year old one I had and finally crashed. It does work well. If you are concerned then ask your doctor. It was priced well, works well, and does 4 important things, and came with batteries, lanyard, and case to carry it.

I absolutely LOVE this oximeter. It works on small and large fingers, and even works on cold hands! And the display is super clear. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and can say this is the best oximeter I've ever used.

Super easy to use, and appears to be accurate.The only tricky thing was to attach the carry string to the device, struggled with that before finally succeeded. Why not make it easier or attach it at manufacturing stage?

I’ve been meaning to buy one of these for a while, but I haven’t been sick since before the pandemic began, so I kept procrastinating. Friday night, I thought I might be coming down with a sore throat, and Saturday I felt a little off. So I ordered this along with a digital thermometer in the wee hours of Saturday evening. Both items were delivered to my house less than 24 hours later.This pulse oximeter is great! It came with two batteries, which were easy to install. Don’t be daunted by the instructions, which are much longer than they need to be, because there are two different languages on each of the two lists of instructions, which are included. Definitely read them before using though because one of the things I didn’t realize is that you’re not supposed to use a finger that has nail polish on it. This device has a sleek design. It’s easy to use and it’s easy to read the numbers. I like that it comes with a cord that you can attach it to and wear it around your neck, which some people with chronic health issues may benefit from. It also comes with a little black carrying package. Highly recommended! I would purchase this again.

I decided to buy a pulse oximeter as part of my COVID-19 protection efforts. I chose the PO30 because Beurer is an established company and Amazon, not a Marketplace vendor, was the seller.I like the PO30. The display is bright and easy to read. It runs on AAA batteries, which are less of a hassle over time than button-style batteries. There are many small design touches, such as markings on the battery door to make it easier to close, that show some thought went into the user experience before manufacturing. The readings have been consistent over time for each person using it.I haven't had a chance to calibrate it against a health care provider-grade instrument yet. My pre-purchase research, though, indicated that the technology is mature and well understood . Consequently, as long as the maker and retailer are reputable, doctors consider most pulse oximeters to be fine for the way I'm using mine.----------Additional comment: I was looking at the manual today and it says that the PO30 has a limited lifetime warranty. That's a lot better than the warranty offered on most other pulse oximeters.
