Color-coded to make identifying the tach and battery connections a breeze, the wires are housed in a connector with a locking tab and a shark fin that ensures a tight, positive fit and a reliable connection between your wiring and HEI. These connectors are made of high-temperature plastic rated at more than 250 degrees and have two 10-inch leads coming out of them for easy installation and a clean connection.

Works great, I used it on an aftermarket HEI that I put in my AMC 360. Easy installation.

Works great with Top Street Performance JM6508BK HEI Distributor. Put it on my old F100 with the distributor for a simple HEI distributor upgrade. So simple a 5yr old could do it.

It was exactly what I ordered and fit my HEI great. The wire leads are long enough to accommodate many wiring configurations and it seems to be made well.

Fits my HEI distributer perfectly -- the distributor was set up for separate 'Batt' and 'Tach' connectors. Purchased this to add an after-market tachometer, and noticed it had a much better fit and a more positive snap than the worn OEM connectorThis connector comes with a few inches of wire -- roughly 10 gauge on the battery side, and roughly 16 gauge for the tachometer (based on what slot seemed to fit in my wire stripper rather than actual measurement)

Looks like a nice HEI connector. I have a std crimp connector on now and it seems a little loose. These connectors are made for a reason. Don't trust a common connector to do the Job. I have heard of people dieing because of hesitating engine. Reason of hesitation was loose or bad connections. BE SAFE!!! NOT STUPID!!!

Nice new connector and new wiring. They could be longer, but I'm sure its assumed that you would either be re-wiring the car, or at least be able to solder in a longer piece if needed. The battery wire is heavy gauge, at least 12, which is just what's needed. The green tach is either 14 or 16, which is all that's needed. Buy and use with confidence.

It worked. With 2 separate plugs you run the risk of plugs falling out and you losing all power to the distributor.this way the BATT and tach are 100% secured.Made for dizzy caps with two single keepers(not the 1 clip in the middle for both sides)Wires were good quality and i crimped and soldered both wires easily.NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY POINTS DISTRIBUTOR WIRES FOR A Hei.points dizzys have much smaller wires and will reduce spark power by 50% or more.(lose horsepower and fuel economy)
