I have the Medium - The sleeve is a little to tight but does work I just can not leave it on for any length of time. I will have to order a large next time.I am using the elbow pads more then the compression sleeve. They do help a lot and ease the pain I have.I use these along with heading pad and I even take them to work with me as my elbow tends to act up a lot at work with the lifting I do.

I'd recommend going with a size bigger not smaller as they recommend. The sleeve is a bit tight around my biceps can't wear it, but the straps saved this product from being a complete fail. The straps do work I felt relief as soon as I put it on. I've never played tennis in my life but it's apparently what's going on cuz with these straps comes a bit of relief. Of course it's great quality, easy to use, great support & makes moving ur arm ALOT easier. Pretty sure a quick hand wash is all u need. 4 stars cuz I can't wear the sleeve but I'd buy again & I do recommend

I was worried that it would not fit my arm but after I tried it on it. Fit perfectly. It was tight enough to have compression but not so tight that it cut off my circulation. I would recommend it.

My elbow is really messed-up. 45 years of gymnastics and now a dog that loves to play tug-of-war, and my elbow keeps "going out." I can't handle any weight, not even the weight of just my arm with my arm extended away from my body, mostly hurting during rotation. When it's bad like this, even combing my hair is painful. I had high hopes for this product, which I think is made well and may help others who have different problems than mine. The sleeve type brace is fairly snug and stays put pretty good, and without cutting-off circulation. I tried the band-type brace(s - there are two), but it didn't do anything until I made it tight enough to cut off circulation, so that didn't help, either. I've already had 3 other major joint surgeries - I'm thinking I'll need another one on this elbow, so perhaps I'm not the best judge of this product, and YMMV.

A few months ago I started having pain in my left elbow that would shoot down to my forearm. I have bilateral carpal tunnel, right is severe and left is moderate to severe. I was surprised that I developed tendinitis in my left and not my right. I’ve been treating it with NSAIDs, which do work, but I would rather not take them long term, for fear of developing ulcers. So I decided to purchase a ABYON Professional Elbow compression sleeve and bands. I just received them today and tried the sleeve first. I have decided I will be using the sleeve at night. I have lost many hours of sleep after waking up to shooting, excruciating pain. I will use the bands during the day at work. With the limited use so far, I can report the sleeve and bands are comfortable and it helps that I used a $3 off coupon, so the price was awesome. Hopefully these will give me some relief and the help I need to heal.

Tennis elbow is unbelievably painful. It is situational and is aggravated by certain movements and repetitive activities. Unfortunately, life is repetitive and the activities that cause the pain are wrist movements. Try spending the next ten minutes going about your normal daily life while not using your wrist - it's nearly impossible. I spend a lot of my free time knitting and my right hand/wrist is in constant motion. My Mom has tennis elbow, so two weeks ago when my elbow started to hurt I knew exactly what I needed to do. This strap works and is instant relief. I was actually surprised at how effective it is. I had been using ice and some simple PT exercises and this strap took the pain away the second I secured the velcro. The compression sleeve did not work at all. I tried wearing it at night and ended up taking it off. It was uncomfortable and felt restrictive in the crook of my arm. I was still experiencing shooting pain with the sleeve. I put the band on and went back to sleep.I did find one helpful video on YouTube from an orthopedic surgeon on how to wear the band: people who are suffering from tennis elbow, put the band on the injured arm. While making a thumbs up, tilt your thumb in so it's horizontal. Slide the band one thumb width under the elbow with the pad facing toward the sky, then tighten the velcro. When the band is in the correct spot and fastened you should have immediate relief with grasping and moving the wrist.I will continue using the band along with the PT exercises and icing.
