A coworker has this scale and I bought one and it's a very cool scale. The app was easy to set up and sync to the scale. It gets my heart rate, etc. I live it and highly recommend it.

I have been using this scale for approximately one year, and I have found it to be more accurate than my provider's office. This scale offers a wealth of information that helps you understand what you need to do to maximize your body's potential. It measures everything from heart rate to bone and muscle ratios, including fat percentage. All of this data can be downloaded to an app on your phone, and it can also be linked to Apple Health and several other apps, such as Pulsify if you are a Virgin Pulse user. These options are excellent for anyone looking to improve their health.

I've used InBody body composition analyzer stand up scales available at high-end gyms, but the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale is surprisingly consistent in readings and is very convenient to use. All this available at its price point is frankly amazing.I love that it's rechargable and needs a recharge only every 3-4 months or so. The Fitdays app connects to my Samsung Health app, and I now have a readout of activity from years before the purchase to the detailed fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, readings showing low/normal/high range for all those at the Samsung Health app now.One thing I've noticed though is that the heart rate monitor seems inaccurate with my readings being very high, despite my manual measurements (finger to neck) being much more in normal range.Besides that, if I think the food and exercise I had the previous day should affect my readings up or down, the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale reflects it consistently. I therefore don't understand the complaints of the other reviewers. I've used this product since May 2023 and no problems, and I'm a fitness nut, swimming 1.5 km freestyle 3 times a week average and brisk walking 2 times a week for about half hour to an hour.I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. I've recommended it to my daughter, but she's not as much of a health nut so she's not purchased one yet (we're empty nesters). Some things, you can't control in life: the weather, daughters, and unreliable electronics.

I purchased on April 2023. It has worked great. It syncs up automatically with my Fitbit phone app. I have gone from 285lbs to 200lbs since using the scale and the Fitbit tracker. Any trouble with it connecting with the bluetooth means the battery needs charged. Most scales I have used weren't as accurate and would give different measurements based on how you shifted your footing. This scale is repeatable to the same measurement if you step on and repeatedly and doesn't matter if you shift your feet pressure.

Not only does this scale look good, it can help you look good to. My old digital scale also told me my BMI, but that is all. This scale has 8 important health values that everyone should be aware of. My weight and BMI are both in the healthy range so I was surprised to learn my muscle rate and bone mass were lower than it should be. I am already making changes to up my levels.Yes, it has an app to help you track your data, but it also works without using the app.

I got this scale around Christmas because I recently started on a weight loss journey with my nutrition coach and personal trainer. I got it thinking that the scale would be able to give him more information and data on various measurements.I DO think that this is a very good scale and I DO like that it shows information such as BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is important when losing weight! I also like that it shows other body composition features such as muscle percentage, water percentage, which helps me as I lose weight- to be able to see: did it lose or gain in fat, muscle, water, etc.My complaint and frustration is that for the first month, this scale would only measure my weight in kg (kilograms) NOT lbs (pounds), which was frustrating for both me and my trainer/nutrition coach, because we track and monitor my weight. So the weight that I reported to him was the weight in kilograms, then I had to convert it using google.I HOPE that this issue is FINALLY RESOLVED!It was really annoying and frustrating: especially after paying $60!!!!I did reach out to the customer support. Unfortunately the customer support is in another country, no one from America. I was emailing them back and forth. There was no customer service phone number.I sincerely hope that my technical issues have finally been resolved!!! I’m paying a lot of money to work with my nutrition coach and accurate weigh ins are important. I am disappointed in the customer service. It is a good scale- once you can use it properly!!!

I bought these scales because they weren't the cheapest on Amazon so I was expecting and hoping for a scale that would be decently accurate. I have been going to a dietician and get my body composition checked each visit and comparing their InBody 570 scale to this Ablegrid scale the figures are way out. Inbody says I'm 9.8% this scale says 17.2% muscel mass on Inbody says 37.1kg and these scales say 56.5% and every other parameter is out besides the actual weight which there is a difference albeit acceptable. I will see what my chances are for a refund to be honest, as I understand for the price they are not going to be commercial accuracy but these seem to be way out and what sold me on these scales in the claim of the accuracy with the state of the art sensors it uses. If you want accuracy, im my experience DO NOT BUY.

The product was delivered without a charger or a C-type wire in the package.The App related to the product crashes continuously.Very disappointed regarding this product.
