Brewed a Black IPA today. Pot worked great. Temp was pretty close on the thermometer not perfect, but not bad either. Faucet at the bottom did not leak either.

I bought this for mixing lye-water for soapmaking. I need real stainless steel. This didn't cut it. Once my lye-water was mixed and cooled, there was a layer of sludge coming off the inside of the pot. Lye water should be clear or a little white - mine was blue after using this pot. Huge waste of ingredients. Very unhappy.

It made things a lot easier but the temperature guage doesn't work correctly. Use a thermometer to get correct reading. It's still a lot better than using a standard pot and well made just don't use the built in temperature guage.
