I was hesitant at first after reading the reviews; however, I read one review that really resonated with me. The reviewer stated that they used Scotchguard on the canvas and that the water just beaded up and ran right off. Once I read that, I ordered the gazebo and a can of Scotchguard. The shipping was lightning fast. I assembled it as soon as I got it and it took me roughly 30-45 minutes total. Once assembled, I used storm anchors to mount it to the ground vs. the small stakes that came with it. Once I had it up and secured, I then applied 2 heavy coats of the Scotchguard. As you can see from the pics, the water beads right up just like that review claimed. Overall, I’m diggin it!

We use this gazebo as part of our outdoor dining setup. A round four seater table and chairs fit perfectly underneath. I put up hanging planters on the upper frame, planted pots on the shelves, and zip tied solar string lights to the arches. This is our second gazebo of these dimensions and the ABCCANOPY was noticeably easier to assemble. It feels slightly larger because of the frame style. Zip ties and drill-down tent anchors keep it securely in place. I suggest squaring the frame before the final tightening of the bolts. It’s been a wet summer and, so far, no rust or discoloration. The canopy fabric feels durable and has a reassuring weight. Water beads easily. I recommend applying waterproofing spray or tent wax if you’re keeping it up all seasons. The canopy was easier to install than the previous one. It’s also more secure while having more give. The price was reasonable for what you get. People always compliment the setup. You won’t be disappointed.

Great canopy for the price. Overall a great product. However, we had an issue where one side was holding rain water and then buckling a bit. We would need to push it up to release the water in one side. We came up with a hack to alleviate that problem as we could not pack it up and send it back after it was bolted to the deck.It does its job of protecting from the elements which is what it was meant to do!

Easy to assemble, fairly sturdy, I am happy with my purchase. Only critical thing was LED light keep falling off as magnets did not adhere well to the frame, had to use velcro to frame

This canopy is great. Easy to put together, and looks great when assembled. Only downside is that the cover is not waterproof. It’s water resistant though, which was good enough for me.

I was a little nervous about how it would hold up in the wind and storms, but it has done awesome. It came together very fast; we even anchored it to our deck. During the last storm, we had our chairs, table, and carpets scattered all over the area. The Canopy didn't move (it was anchored down) but it wasn't even phased by the wind. No damage to the material or metal.The only thing I would have liked the manufacture to do better was the lights. They were cheap and cheaply made. I felt like they were going to break the first time we used them. They lasted about 3wks before completely breaking.

We got this product over the summer for my backyard. We use it for what it’s intended, which has to protect ourselves from the sun while grilling.Installing it was pretty easy With a good playlist of music and following the directions (pictures as well), but at one point you do need two people when placing the top portion onto the legs part.So far, we’re very happy with the purchase, although we are a little concerned as to how it’s going to hold up over the winter weather we have recently unhooked the fabric top so that it does not wear with the snow collection that we usually get during the winter months.I’m giving it five stars only because of how it’s held up so far + for the price that we paid. A little worried about the sturdiness of the legs, but if anything will update my review if something were to go wrong.

I bought my partner a lovely new gas barbecue, and we set it up in the corner of our patio. Of course, it rained for the next week, so I bought this gazebo to give him a roof over his beloved outdoor kitchen, so he could cook out there to his heart's content whatever the weather. It has stood there since the beginning of May, and has withstood all manner of weather (apart from snow!) without flinching. We painted the fence to match, and it looks great. Our friends were so impressed that they immediately ordered one, as did my daughter and her friend. You can fit a decent sized (ours is 3 burner) barbecue under it as well as a prep table and my partner loves it. The legs are very sturdy and can be screwed down onto the patio so it really doesn't move. The canopy is strong, but you need to tighten it up after putting it on. Only slight criticism is that the lights aren't solar powered, but that's a small thing and it's definitely great value for money. Highly recommend this bit of kit.

Awesome canopy!!!Fairly simple to install. My husband was able to complete the entire thing solo in about an hour. I ordered the green to match the trim work on my house and deck, and the color was just as expected. It looks lovely!He Only needed help lifting it, to transfer it over to the permanent spot.Instructions I felt were a little bit confusing, but He was able to figure it out, with some common sense.The Stability of it, is very good.., It's solid enough to stand alone..but if your looking for a more permanent install, get weight anchors that you can fill with sand. They are usually available at any local hardware store, we have had some strange weather here in New England, over the past few years, now that it’s weighed down I do feel much better about it..The built in Led lights are a great addition, and bright enough for nighttime usage, but I also added some additional lighting, pretty solar string lights, that now not only look amazing, but add even more function for the night time usage as well.. The side shelves are very Strong and very handy, Great to hold condiments and seasonings..I would totally recommend this to friends looking to spend minimal money for some shade while cooking. Seeing that more permanent solutions run near and over $1,000 Im totally content with this instead. Very Happy Customer!!
