It is a bit heavy but that is expected since its metal. Definitely heavy duty and will absorb punishment. Very adjustable to specification and easy to install. Great product

We purchased these for our Ford Transits. These were better then we thought they were gonna be. Sturdy thickness, easy to install and we bought the lower size so we were able to hold ladders above in our high top. Still held all the tools and more. Way cheaper then buying the name brand racks, or getting racks installed from dealership. We are now gonna be ordering a second set for the other work van we have.

Making a weekender van, decided to go with the metal mounted unit as I’ll be attaching several items to the front and sides of it.The shelves have a great lip and fit the Mercedes Metris 128 nicely. Still have room behind it and room another 50” in front.Mine is the 42” unit.

I installed this set of shelves in my 2017 Transit 150 low roof. Fit just fine. Lots of room and holes for adjustment. Also they are dead silent no squeaking or rattling which I love.

Ordered knowing that slight modifications would be necessary to fit into my 2011 Transit Connect van. Easy to assemble and quickly modified and installed in my van. Looks great and very sturdy. Finish looks and feels very heavy duty.
