By the time it's reached the shops we have 100% confidence in it's performance. In the highly unlikely event of a fault with your case, simply return it to us for inspection and based on it's age & condition, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge.

Excellent case. Minus a star because this is NOT true to size. It says 16 x 14. I measured around 21 x 17. Way to big. The label says “with rims” so this listing should say its meant to accommodate floor toms with mounting hardware for a rack or something. I’m exchanging for the proper sizeAs far as the case goes, its MUCH stronger than the basic level Protection Racket cases. The basic are rather flimsy, but still well padded. The rigid is rock hard, with nice thick padding in it. It will protect your drums vastly superior to the basic level, especially from impact. Get these, its worth the 50% extra. I think they can be stacked like russian dolls to save space, because they do not flex AT ALL,
