Keine Fliegenklatsche ist schöner wie Dr. Skud von Stardesigner Philippe Starck. Ein echter Hingucker. Absolute Empfehlung.

This is a great object despite it does not stand still well....a bit on the expensive side though. I bought it more for its look than for its functionality to be honest as I am a big fan of Alessi. Mine is gray, but Mr S. Comes in many colors. The upper flat part is made of little holes that, from the distance, represent a face: so cool! The whole object is in plastic and is flimsy I must say. However, it is a flexible enough to be a serious weapon against flies or mosquitoes, but it is above all a collectible.

I've bought the Alessi Mona Lisa flyswatter which is no longer available unfortunately so I purchased this new one in its place. Similar but I dislike the foot on this new one. Three prong footing that is easy to tip over. The circular base was much better.

Prodotto fantastico con un ottimo design!! Un'altra opera d'arte di Alessi, perché anche il più semplice dovrebbe essere il più elegante.

I had one of this same brand of swatter for years until suddenly it started breaking apart when I hit a fly. But OK, it was about 15 years old I think --or more--and the plastic had reached its shelf-life. So I had to replace it because it sits so perfectly on the far corner of my desk. The new one is just like the old one and works perfectly, and the plastic is strong and new.

I purchased this decades ago from Barneys New York and used it frequent. It’s great! Works every time, those flies never see it coming. I like that it has the famous “fornasetti” face, a good decorative item. But, most recently, mine broke and I’m so excited to find it here on Amazon at an AMAZING price! LOVE.

If you must rid the kitchen of pesky flies you might as well do it in style. This is my second "Dr Skud." It looks perky and colorful on the window sill, just waiting to go into service.

This is a classic design. It's a fly swatter that is interesting, playful, and meant to be left out where it can be used without dispatch. It's also functional: It sets upright so that once you've swatted a fly, any remaining fly guts will stay far from the surface you set it upon. Alas, it's also pricy and shipping costs are high too. That's a bummer.

i have had one of these for years and have always loved the conversation it elicits from friends (how many fly swatters have you ever had that are worthy of display?).delighted to say that they have not changed the product at all - it still looks great and, most important, is undefeated vs. flies.
