Unit seems sensitive, which I like. I can breathe into it and instantly see the CO2 get higher. However temperature monitor is off by a good 3 degrees which makes me skeptical of the other measurements being taken and the accuracy of their numbers. I have 3 other thermometers running next to this unit to compare and it still is usually 3-4 degrees higher.Another small annoyance is every time you turn the unit on/off it does a loud beep, even when silencing the alerts.

Expensive and not more accurate than many/most at lower price.I bought it on a recommendation from a youtuber that seemed to be the kind of guy who did his homework. He was not. The seller claimed in their description at the time that "newer sensors" made it more accurate than others on the market. They did not publish the accuracy. After I bought it, I asked for the accuracy info. They did not give me anything. After several more asks, they gave me: "The value of PM2.5 is 100~500ug/m3, allowing a maximum error of 10%"They did not (and would not with repeated questioning) say if that is full scale or reading accuracy. So I assume it is full scale or +- 50ug/m3. That is not better than meters costing 1/2 as much. I could not get them to give me info on the other ranges, they seemed to think the conversation was over and I could not get them to tell me more. Also it is not really meant to run not plugged in, battery life is pretty short, so if you buy and use this thing because you don't mind paying more for less accuracy, then make sure that the you are within 3" of an outlet or buy a longer USB 3C cord to go with it.

I have a friend who is pollution sensitive. I bought this to see if it may help her. This a mid range price unit. It is Chinese made. Setting it up is about as complicated as setting a digital watch. Instruction sheet has been transliterated from Chinese, although some obvious attempt has been made to write to English grammar. It defaults to 24-hour clock. Temperature is in Celsius, although I bumped some button while moving it and it is now in Fahrenheit. The nine in one claim includes time, temperature and humidity, although I would not consider them part of indoor air quality monitoring. The display shows various air quality properties, but they are in industry abbreviations. The instruction sheet does not decode them, but the Internet can. Important measurements are TVOC (total volatile organic compounds (fresh paint, perfume, alcohol, etc.)), HCHO (chemical formula for formaldehyde, a combustion byproduct) and CO2 (carbon dioxide). It also measures airborne particulate matter, in I guess parts per million (or something), in sizes of 1.0 microns, 2.5 microns and 10 microns. I have found this to be a good "cooking alarm", which sounds when I heat up sausage links on the stove. The display has small indicators. Picking it up to more closely read it, causes it to go nuts. I determined that simply breathing on it for a minute or so caused it to register excessive carbon dioxide. I gave it only four stars because it does not monitor carbon monoxide (like a mis adjusted furnace). However, my friend already has a digital readout carbon monoxide detector, so this is not a show-stopper. Internal battery lasts about 16 hours, but it has a USB-C charging port, so it is like charging a smart phone.

Feels durable. Seems to work. Not sure how to get it to switch to Fahrenheit. We'll see how long it lasts....

I use this monitor in my grow tent, and it’s great. It tracks all the factors that matter for plant health, like CO2 and humidity.

The data refreshes every couple of seconds, so I don’t have to wait long to see any changes in the air quality.

I use this to measure the air quality and VOCs from around my 3D printers and I really like this unit because it has 16 different measurements they it takes. Having one of these is especially important if you have a resin printer or print in materials like ABS and ASA with high fume output. I compared this to the air quality monitor in my air purifier and the data from both seem to correlate so I think this unit passes the test and I can say that I definitely recommend it! Not to mention that the unit looks amazing with a nice big screen outputting data nicely and makes using it easier. The battery life is great but I’d keep this plugged for long term use.
