I wanted to leave a review for this company even though the Amazon drivers were lazy not to read delivery instructions.I ordered this product twice from Amazon. The delivery drivers did not follow delivering instructions and delivered to the wrong house and location twice.BUT - a family member reordered this product for me as I was having health issues.I tested all the areas that I was concerned about and this is what showed up on my dishes. I reached out to the email address provided in the testing kit for help on identifying what produced in the trays. They responded almost immediately with answers. I wouldHighly recommend this product as it’s pretty much accurate.

Great product; Super easy to use; Fantastic support. The packet includes a detailed instruction kit with pictures & descriptions of possible molds I wasn’t sure I had correct identifications, so I emailed the address provided. They responded the very next day & clearly explained what was in the picture

The product itself was very easy to use and resulted in a very accurate report. I was a little unclear on what type of mold I had so I sent a note to the lab as outlined in my instruction guide. They returned a report within a couple of hours! The kit itself is very effective, but the customer service I got from the company was incredible. Highly recommend working with this company with this particular product.

The kits have been welled packed and the instructions are easy to follow. After I have done the test, I emailed them and they had done the analysis and send me back the result very quickly actually within 24 hours.Happy customer here and definetely will recomond this kit.

The kit we ordered came with 6 petri dishes, sterile swabs, gloves and excellent instructions along with a detailed booklet identifying the most popular types of mold & what to do to remove it... VERY USEFUL!After following the instructions I was utterly clueless as to which Picasso painting my mold resembled. I emailed photos of my samples to customer service and in like than 3 hours I had received an email detailing what type of mold was in each dish. The report was very thorough, complete, and easy to understand.I highly recommend this product to ALL! Kudos to a company who realizes the importance of and takes steps to ensure excellent customer service.

It is a good product, follow the instructions and find out the results, you can even send the pictures to them to get help identifying the mold type and the are very responsive, highly recommend.

I had one bathroom in the house that was smelling increasingly "earthy" over a period of weeks. The smell progressed to being an "earthy with a ting of uric" smell and I happened to break out in hives during that time period and could not identify a cause (no change in food, cleaning products, or medicine).Knowing I've had a previous sensitivity with reaction to mold in a home before, I thought it would be wise to test the room for spores even though I visually could not see any sign of it.I read reviews on several test kits available on Amazon. They seemed fairly equal in price, function, and reviews/ratings. I was having a difficult time choosing one over another until I read one review in particular for this kit. The reviewer mentioned emailing pictures of their petri dish specimens to a product support address and getting a quick identification response. SOLD! I immediately placed my order.The kit was received quickly. It was packaged very well, ensuring the petri dishes were not contaminated. The instructions were well written in a larger format, organized, and easy to follow.The mold identification portion of the booklet had clear pictures with descriptions, an explanation of where the mold is typically found, under what conditions it grows, and the potential health impacts.The instructions and options for mold remediation/removal/prevention were also well written.I placed 3 of the 6 uncovered dishes in the bathroom with the door closed for an hour. Gathered each one, placed and sealed the lids with tape, labeling each with date and location. They were then put in a dark corner of my office (the warmest room in the house) where they sat untouched for a few days.When I finally look at them, they had several varieties of mold growing. Some I could identify with the book, others I could not. I sent an email off with photos of my spotted, fuzzy dishes asking for help.Within 48 hours I had a very professionally written pdf response using my photos with an ID and explanation of each mold type found on the petri dish, for all three dishes ... AT NO EXTRA COST.Amazing easy, fast, and helpful! I'm 100% happy with this product and service. The peace of mind and support is pricelessI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEST KIT.
