Works fine for me. I didn't observe any problems with burning out fast as others mentioned. I have about 26 of the fixtures that need these under my kitchen cabinet. I don't notice that they're burned out until at least 1/4 of them are out. Should have checked pricing as there are slightly cheaper sellers, but not higher by more than about $1.00.

Absolute garbage, 5 bulbs failed within 12 hours. Changed them out and failed again in hours.
