Replaced the 5-year old Philips D1S bulbs in my Mercedes-Benz GL Class with these Night Breaker Lasers, and the difference is night and day - literally!Road signs appear more reflective, and down road visibility has definitely improved. These bulbs are as pure natural bright white as they come, with no blue at all whatsoever in the light output, vs the slightly more yellow color of the Philips D1S OEM bulbs. I’d estimate the color temperature of these bulbs falls somewhere right between 4500k and 5000k.I’m very happy with my purchase of these bulbs, and am planning on upgrading my other vehicles with factory HID to the Night Breaker Laser equivalent!Highly recommended!

Bought these for a BMW M235i after reading the reviews from multiple BMW owners touting how great they are in the projector housings. All I can say is I am underwhelmed by the light output......not a lot better than the stock Osram bulbs they are replacing. For the price it is hugely disappointing. Even after warming up they are quite yellow and do not cast the light any farther than the OEM bulbs.......disappointed to say the least

It's so hard to figure out which Xenon or LED bulbs are good. I replaced another high-rated Xenon bulb with these. These are pure white and very bright. I don't want a yellow or blue hue like the last bulbs I tried. These are better than I expected.

These things are bright and beautiful and work exactly as the OEM bulbs did (which is to be expected as they were original equipment on my vehicle).I've been using these in my daily driver for about 6 months now and they're perfect, delivering clean, white light and a perfect beam in my projector headlights.Honestly what else is there to say? They have renewed my headlights to like-new and I'm happy.

OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER LASER D1Sacheté en "occasion"; en pratique scellés cassés.J'avais des doutes sur l’authenticité (de la version night breaker laser) avec un premier test de jour. En photographiant l'autocollant arrière (photo 1), on voit que ce n est pas la même référence et on peut deviner avec les lettres que c'est la bonne version 66140XNN; à côté les bi-xenon d'origine sur ma Mini 2013.Le test photo 2 croisement, et photo 3 croisement + route lèvent le doute et montre le bel éclairage:plus lumineux 3200 lm, même forme de faisceau (est il plus long ?), peut être un rien plus blanc (4500 K T° couleur). Sur Mini, les croisement ont des optiques lenticulaires.L'idéal serait d'avoir les feux routes en bleu car cela fait scintiller les panneaux, en feu de croisement, c'est plus éblouissant. C'est ce que j'ai installé sur ma vieille Corolla, 2 Xenon avec températures de couleur différentes.Sur la Mini, le changement est facile (gants recommandés)1- retirer le cache (un seul clip en haut)2- tourner légèrement le boîtier métallique (de 12h à 11h vu de l'arrière)3- retirer délicatement l'ampoule en évitant tout contact avec en particulier le phare4- débrancher le connecteur métallique (pas de clip) stocker l'ancienne ampoule (réserve)5- rebrancher le connecteur6- replacer délicatement l'ampoule (il y a suffisamment de place pour que ce soit facile)7- s'assurer du positionnement correct (repère 11h) et tourner jusque 12h on sent bien le verrouillage8- remettre les caches (attention au positionnement des joints)9- vérifier la hauteur du flux de lumière sur mur, porte garage etc10- essai routierJe ne peux parler de la longévité à ce stade.Pour info: on peut sur le site OSRAM (trust package) vérifier les matching number (package avec le code à 7 caractères sur le boîtier et le SN de chaque ampoule) photo 4 & 5; ce sont bien des originales !

After 12 years on the original OSRAM Xenarc D1S bulbs, the Night Breakers were a welcome upgrade. HID bulbs do change colour and get dimmer over time, and it is recommended that these types of bulbs are changed every 3-5 years. So when I did get around the changing the bulbs I noticed that they were significantly brighter than the original bulbs and the colour shift meant I could see more detail on the road too. I should have upgraded sooner.I was able to check the serial numbers on the OSRAM website to verify they were genuine bulbs.

These are great, as the title says it's the best light output you'll get for your BMW without extensive modification.Some may not realize this but xenon bulbs do wear out even if they still work. See my photo - old, still working but very cloudy bulb on the right, new on the left. It's worth changing them about every 5 years / 25k.
