bed split at wave seams and could never repair and they wont fix problem did not lastthickness not good and spent to much to not be able to use daily

This is the only review I have ever posted on Amazon. I do it now because this bed is life changing to my wife and me. First I will say to not let the price point discourage you, it's less than half the price of comparable mattresses but the quality is on par. I would have given it 5 stars but the directions for set-up are in Chinese and English and could be a little confusing to some people. Take your time and use a little common sense and you'll be fine. Same with the heater. The programmable control unit for the bed only reads Celsius. 25 degrees C seems perfect to us. It also comes with a hose and connections that allow you to hook it to most bath faucets and/or shower necks so you can fill it with warm water. We slept on it same night we set it up. We had a waterbed for years back in the 80's ( hardside, hard to get out over the side rails) but switched to a conventional mattress after my wife's second back surgery. For years we've slept on hard, hot spot conventional beds wishing we could sleep on a waterbed again. Then I stumbled onto softside waterbeds and started researching. The price of most softside mattresses was disqualifying until I found this one. We rolled the dice and won big. The first night was good but my wife said it bothered her back and the temp was a tad bit high. We drained maybe 5 gals. it's easy with the hose they provide. I set the temperature down one degree. Second night was heavenly. I awoke without a stiff back for the first time in decades, I'm 64 yo. I didn't toss and turn all night because of pressure points and trying to find a cooler spot! It's wonderful. My wife said the same. We have the king which fit our conventional bed frame perfectly. It is about 95% wave free which is also perfect for us. I will mention that I am mechanically inclined but anyone can set this up if you take your time and again use a little common sense. I will revisit this post if any problems arise but as of now we love this bed!

Not a bad deal, if you speak and read Chinese. Had to put a hole in the outer casing so I could put the heater cable through. The instructions are in Chinese and poorly translated English. So be ready to experiment with settings. We ordered a 95% waveless and got a full wave.Just another terrible Chinese company on Amazon.
