The package includes 90 eye wash station inspection tags and 90 green adjustable zip ties. The tags are easy to write on and have room for 4 years of inspections. The tag color is highly visible, and synthetic paper is weatherproof. The zip ties are very handy for hanging the tags. The wash station inspection tags can be used at construction sites, hospitals and laboratories. These are good quality durable inspection tags. Will purchase again.

We’ve been using a monthly safety sign off sheet at the eye wash station at work but the paper sometimes gets wet or crinkled so I decided this kit would be a great alternative idea to what we have been using. The tags are waterproof and are made of a tough, plastic type paper similar to the fire extinguisher tags. Matching green zip ties are also included with the kit. I will update this review as soon as I get pictures of it in place.
