So far so good. Under $2 a piece a great deal. Jury's out on how long these will last. The bit retainer thingy is different from any other bit holder I have owned. A little stiff going in and out but that's a good thing if it holds up. I was a contractor for many years and used many of these including Dewalt and Harbor freight..some have very weak magnets but these seem strong. Unusual but cool looking and served me well today when I used one to screw some 3" screws ...time will tell...I'll come back and report if I find a problem with them

Great price but bit are hard to insert and release. Not what I thought I was getting , I thought it was a sleeve to keep screws in place. My fault on that.

I work in an industry where I use and impact driver all day, everyday. I have used Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Makita, and any other magnetic extention you can think of. this one is at least as good as any other brand at a much lower price.i have never writen a review before, so think about how impressed i must have been with this product.

The magnetic tips are a great idea. My bits were always falling out. I took one star off because there is a small metal band supposedly to help keep bits in place, but it makes it very difficult for my arthritic hands to remove the bits. I was able to remove the band from one of the bit holders and have had no issues since as the magnets keep the bit in place.

First and foremost, this is not a high quality set. They feel like what you'd expect for generic white label products mass produced in China. They're cheap and flimsy-feeling but, for the price, they're a solid pickup to expand your collection of bits. The sizes in this set will likely handle anything a DIYer or handyman may need. For more commercial and industrial applications, this set has limited usage. I would've liked to see deeper seats and at least a 7/16. In fact, I don't think a 3/8 is even included so these rarely leave my bag of bits. The shallow socket is a bit of an issue because a good impact driver will always favor the fastener over the bit.. by design. That is, if the bit is not truly impact-rated and durable, expect it to break. The reason for this is that the impact mechanism is meant to keep a secure hold with less risk of stripping, marring, or breaking the fastener (screw, bolt, nut, etc).I would probably recommend getting a few extension adapters over this. There are ones with great locking mechanism to offset the wiggle that impact bits have compared to drills, thanks to quick connect. These are just too limited in range and durability for me to highly recommend. If you're looking to expand your bits and/or this set covers common fastener head sizes for you, they are priced to go. Otherwise, consider other options. Sometimes it's best to spend more and get something that will see more usage and life/duty cycle. Of course, bits break and get lost all the time so these may be good beaters or backups to consider.BTW these do not have a lock feature. They rely on the magnetic hold which is more of a pseudo lock and not reliable for aggressive use. Again, the rather shallow sockets become an issue here.
