Very carefully packaged for shipping. The glass was gleaming and the reddish-brown wooden frame is beautiful! The stand is designed well, and the it stands at a good angle. I believe this is an excellent quality frame and the price was really easy on my wallet!

After reading many negative reviews about inadequate packing for shipping, causing the glass in the frames to break, I was very hesitant to order these. However, the price was amazing, and I knew they could be returned if broken in shipping, so I order 2 of the Sets of 2 frames. They arrived packed very nicely in 2-pack boxes inside a larger box. They were packed well in pairs inside the smaller boxes, and there was also packing material with those in the larger box. The color is a pretty, weathered red, with cool tone; not an orange or pink tone. I plan to put certificates of achievement in them, and hang them in a grouping. Don't hesitate to order these; I was pleasantly surprised!

The frames arrived in a timely fashion and are a nice product. But I ordered the blue and my frames are very green compared to the promotional photo. One of them was also broken, so they should probably be packaged a little better, but the return/exchange process was smooth. All in all, not bad.

This is a very cute frame (I got red and the color was beautiful), and I was hoping the problem noted in other reviews of poor packaging resulting in broken glass would have been fixed. Unfortunately, both my initial order and my replacement order arrived with the glass broken on all frames. If you love the frame and have replacement glass, it might still be worth ordering, but that's probably the only way these would be worth looking at purchasing. Fix the packaging, please!

I’m not unhappy with the quality or the speed & condition my frames arrived in…that was great. Just a heads up that they are definitely not blue, as advertised…more of a sea foam green. So great if you want pale green, but I didn’t.
