This is a great price for these cotter pins. I got these so I would have extras. They are a bit smaller than the ones for my hitch pin and my weight distribution hitch.They will work and are heavier than another set I got. They look to be of acceptable quality, and are nice to have if one gets lost.

I use clips like these to secure the hitch pins on my receivers.Oddly, when removed for a minute they seem to grow legs and walk off never to be seen again. Yes I keep losing them.I got this 8 pack pf clips to replace the missing ones and to have spares.These are well made and just the right size for a class III-V hitch pin. Spring tension is good.In the description they say these are made from a "metal alloy" which means nothing to me. I would have liked to have known exactly what these are made of but that information isn't available.Overall, I'm pretty hasppy with them.Great deal for these. Glad I got them.

We have a truck bed cover that uses cotter pins as a second-line-of-defense to keep it in place. Each time we fold the cover back, the pins need to be removed and kept somewhere until we're ready to put the cover down again. Inevitably, a pin will drop in the driveway, never make it out of a pocket, or somehow just disappear. Having this pack in the glove box of the truck will give us some peace of mind.The cotter pins are sturdy and well made. Just like I would have gotten at the hardware store. They come in a small plastic box that keeps them all contained, which was a nice surprise. I hadn't noticed when ordering, but if you look at the first picture on the listing, you can just see the box above the person's hand.

Good quality and heavy duty. Comes in a nice plastic case, which is reusable for more pins - or anything else. These pin sets are available from numerous sellers but are all similar, so compare prices when buying. This particular set is great and, if it is favorably priced compared with others, is a great choice. I hope you found this review helpful.

Nice little pack of cotter pins. Solid but flexible enough to slide on my trailers latches, lawnmower hitches, barrel wheels, etc. I thought I had it all covered but I have a lot more equipment looking for new pins than I expected. I have some that have been exposed to the elements for over 10 years and still have life left in them, but they are difficult to use. They are a bit thinner in diameter than these, so I expect these will last just as long if not longer.If you are looking for good replacements that don't require a hammer to put on, than give these a try.

Ordered this (8) Pack of Heavy Duty Cotter Pins - Reusable Cotter Pins - Assortment Kit with Premium R Shape Design for my farm, shop, and home use. I have several attachments for my (2) mowers, tractor, trenching machines, and trailers. About all of them takes a cotter pin to hook each implement up to use. I'm always using them. Recently while shopping online for a trailer hitch, I saw this (8) pack of nice usable size cotter pins, and after reading they were made of stainless steel, I ordered them. Love these pins!. I believe these are the best quality ones I've ever had. They are made of strong "spring steel" and stainless material as well. No rust material!. They are flexible enough to snap right on firmly and hold any pin in place, and on any size trailer or attachment I have. I like the smooth finish and also the "deburred" edges. The whole pin is smooth and slips on without any struggles. Will certainly be ordering more of these in the future as they are a good quality cotter pin.These easily earn a (5) star rating in my opinion
