Very nice finish and the threads are very smooth. I wish companies made the wire rope clamps for larger diameter wire ropes this nice.

Die Klemmen und Kauschen machen einen guten und soliden Eindruck. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach, wäre aber mit dem mitgelieferten Bit noch einfacher. Leider kann dieser aufgrund von Produktionsrückständen im Bit nicht verwendet werden.Die Schellen lassen sich leicht und gleichmäßig anziehen. Das Gewinde ist sauber geschnitten und die Mutter lässt sich auch von Hand gut anziehen. Zum endgültigen Festziehen der Seile müssen die Muttern mit einem 7 mm Bit oder einem Schraubenschlüssel angezogen werden. Hierfür ist ein hoher Bit, wie er dem Set beiliegt, notwendig, da die Schrauben weit auf das Gewinde aufgedreht werden.Leider befinden sich in meinem Bit einige Produktionsrückstände, die ich nicht lösen und entfernen kann. Wenn ich den Bit aufstecke, klemmt sich die Mutter im Bit fest und ich bekomme sie nur schwer wieder heraus.Außerdem fallen immer wieder kleine Teile der Rückstände aus dem Bit auf das Gewinde und blockieren im schlimmsten Fall die Mutter auf dem Gewinde.So kann ich den Bit leider nicht verwenden.

These are good quality wire rope clamps. The included 7mm tool to tighten the nuts is very useful. I tried the clamp on 5/32" cable as it worked as advertised. I would recommend adding some lock washers or thread locker because the nuts will come loose. The included thimbles are a little small for 5/32" cable as this tight of a turn tends to put a kink in the cable and weaken it. The thimbles would probably be fine for 1/8" cable which some of the other reviewers mention in their comments.
