Love these! They hold all my cords great and came with extra stickys

Magnet is strongIt does what it’s intended for.Plastic is made of good quality.However, if they made it where it would swivel, that would have made it perfect!

Just as the title says, these work great at holding whatever cords you have and need to keep from continuously falling onto your floor. I installed a few of these on my oldest child's new desk for her and she loves them. She has charging cables for her headset and tablet that she kept ending up down under her desk no matter what she did. These stopped that from happening and allows her to easily find which cable she needs.These have some double sided tape on them and that holds pretty well. However, if you want them to REALLY hold and last, you'll need to do the following:#1- clean whatever surface you want to mound these to, very well with alcohol (I use 91% as it dries faster and doesn't leave a residue either).#2- change the double sided sticky tape out for 3M brand double sided tap.#3- press and hold the cable clip (with new tape and freshly cleaned surface) for 15-20 seconds to make sure it get's a good bond.#4- repeat for any other cable clips you want to install.So far these have lasted a week of daily use with pets and a toddler occasionally tugging on a wire/s and still are holding strong without issue.I think the best part of these cable clips is the easy-of-use with the magnet clip top. It makes it very easy to pop the cables in/out and not like other clips that you have to press/wiggle into place just right, or they fall back out (or fall out after some time anyways). These hold your cables securely and gives you piece of mind that you won't have to pull furniture out to get your charging cable out for the 15th time in a month.

I work from home full-time on a computer for 8+ hours a day and my keyboard and mouse are on a keyboard tray. I recently had foot surgery which required me to elevate my foot under my desk. It was super annoying because my foot kept catching on the cord for my keyboard and trackball mouse. A couple of times, the mouse went flying which caused the trackball to pop out and go rolling under the desk. Crawling under the desk to retrieve the trackball while having a sore foot was not fun. I have a couple of plastic cable clips stuck to the underside of my desk, but they just allow too much slack on the cords, and the cords can pop out of the clip which is also annoying.These cable clips addressed all of my issues. The hole is wide enough to accommodate the thicker cords that come with some gaming keyboards. Something to keep in mind if you've got a gaming keyboard that has LED lights - these keyboards often have 2 cords. If you have one of these keyboards you will need separate clips for each cord. There are 8 clips in the pack, so that should be plenty, but I wanted to point it out. The clips themselves are very sturdy, have a hinged easy-to-open magnetic closure, and only took seconds to install.02/18/2025 Correction: Just make sure that the hole is oriented in the right direction before you adhere it to the bottom of your desk is incorrect. These clips rotate 360 degrees.Since installing these clips on my work desk, I have not snagged the mouse or keyboard cords with my foot which has greatly lessened my aggravation and use of profanity. It's amazing how something so small and simple can make such a huge difference.

I am sure most of you have been at the intersection of Cables Blvd and Cables Hwy. Cell phone cales everywhere! Computer peripherals and accessories cables as far as the eye can see. Home theater cables trying their best to stay out of the way but failing miserably. That is where I find myself recently and I am going to lose my mind if I trip over one more cable. I had been seeing cable clips on Amazon for quite some time now. They are in all sorts of shapes and sizes and made by many different manufactures. I guess I didn't take them seriously because many of them just seemed like a gimmick. Cable clips that are shaped like animals and they hold your cable in their mouths pretty much cemented the idea that they are not really a serious accessory. Then I noticed these cable clips from Viehome. They are small and not at all obnoxious looking. They seemed to just fade into the background. I figured I could live with these, especially if they brought some semblance of control to my cable situation. I ordered a box of 8 to give them a try (it is going to take a few more boxes of 8 though). I was surprised when my package arrived because the box in the Amazon Prime envelope felt like it was too small to hold 8 of these things. These things are small. Much smaller than I thought they would be. Small is a very good thing in this case though. I have yet to find a cable I have that will not fit into the opening to hold the cable. They have a hinged top that is secured in place by surprisingly strong magnets. That is also a real hinge that has a metal rod instead of plastic that starts weakening from the very first opening and closing. The bottom has something like 3M double sided tape, but it isn't 3M. 3M wishes their tape was this strong. These little suckers are going to stay where you place them. On metal? Sure! On wood? No problem. On fabric? Yes, even on fabric. They also swivel on their base so you can point the cable they are holding in any direction and not worry about getting the placement just right the first time. I have used this first box of 8 to get some control over the cable disaster that was the desktop (L shaped) that houses two mid-size towers and all of the cables that come with them. That computer desk looks very organized for the first time in a long time. I even had two cable clips left over to mount to the bottom of my sofa. There is a surge protector under my sofa where it cannot be seen, and it has a two port USB C power adapter plugged into it. The USB C cables were constantly either getting shoved way up under the sofa and I would have to dig them out whenever I needed to charge something, or they were underfoot, and my friends and I were tripping over them and trying not to get tangled up in them. Those days are gone though. Those two cables are barely noticeable now that they are held in the same place right up under the front of my sofa. And they are going to be there when I need them. You can probably tell that I am a bit excited about how well these cable clips worked. The manufacturer engineered the hell out of these, and they are going to give me my sanity back. If you are like I was and you did not take these seriously, give them a try. You can't go wrong here.
