This is exactly like the pictures! It is great quality for the price compared to others. I like that the shelves are movable to fit different sizes of shoes. The assembly does take a bit, and I feel like the instructions have you going top, bottom, top, bottom when it really doesn't need to be that way, but it's worth the effort in the end. It holds a lot of shoes and coats. I do wish the top cubbies were a little wider. I wanted to put baskets up there to store hats, gloves, etc., but finding baskets that narrow and diont hang over the edge has been difficult. It is very sturdy, we assembled it laying in on the floor in one room and we're able to move it to another room without the wobbling that you get with some other furniture of similar materials. All in all very happy with the purchase!

I spent weeks looking at different hall trees to meet our needs. Finally decided on this particular one and so glad I did. It took me and my 7 year old yes let me repeat me and my seven-year-old about two and a half hours to put it together. If you follow directions it is not difficult at all all pieces were there and I was impressed with the packaging, as when we received the box it was severely damaged and I anticipated having damaged pieces but everything was in well working order. You complete the hall tree laying down and yes due to the size I did need another adult to help stand it up. At first I was concerned because of the how wobbly the hall tree was but the manufacturer included several items to increase the sturdiness. Overall looks great in a narrow hallway where we needed extra storage for shoes. Overall very great value for the money. My only complaint is the slots where the shoes go in the bottom portion is white and is already dirty from shoes being slid in and out. I anticipated this but maybe in the future the manufacturer should think about making those pieces black just like the seats.

The unit shipped with 3 defective pieces that rendered the installation impossible.It took the seller a month to deliver the correct parts, leaving a monster of a mess of parts and screws in my living room.The materiel is extremely thin but the finish is nice. Assembly is awkward.
