They gave me 2 "q" stamps and in order to get a "p" I must remember to use an upside down "d".The uppercase stamps have no labels, so you have to test each of them for rotation before using. I ended up spending an hour printing labels for each one so I could tell which they were and how to hold them for upright stamping.Finally, the blue plastic stamp holder that is supposed to help you guide the stamps into exactly the right position is utter clickbait, slows you down, obstructs your view of stamp placement, and is not needed for finger protection because the stamps are plenty long. What is needed is a clamp for keeping the metal plate from moving between stamps.If the manufacturer would send me a lowercase "p", I'd appreciate it.If they send me a full set of LABELED uppercase characters, that would make up for the trouble.

Bough this to label a multitude of keys I carry for work. Was a simple process and only took one good hit for each letter. Only thing I wish it had was a label on the sticking side of the punch that showed orientation of letter. Other than that would buy again

This worked out really well to make key tags for an apartment building. Much better than the masking tape or perm markers that the prior owner used. The stamping worked really well and is really solid. If I have a way to line them up and space them out better, I will go for that upgrade.

this item is solid, heavy and good quality. easy to identify upper case letters vs lower case letters by seeing that one plastic case has a ridge around it for the lid and the other does not. strike plate is of substantial weight and solid. stamp holder is nice to see where the stamp strikes on material. will be fun learning on how to use.

Worked for what I needed, but I got a duplicate of uppercase I and no uppercase K. Couldn't find a way to contact seller for a replacement of the one letter either- Amazon wanted me to replace the entire thing which seems unnecessary.
