Item is correct for my shop vac.I had removed the part when using my shop vac as a wet vac. I put the part in a special place so I wouldn't loose it. Well ....Very fast shipping.Thank you

This deflector fit my shop vac with just a little bit of fiddling (bought the vac used and can’t tell which model it is). However, to know just how well the deflector works will take time. At least it redirects the dirt/debris away from the filter/bag, so it seems like it will help. Since it directs the flow off to the side, it may even act a little like the cyclone separators you can add prior to the vacuum tank.

It was said to fit my rigid vacuum but it did not. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
