Water softener kept getting full with too much water. Swapped out this gasket and it’s running like it should. Gasket was a perfect fit.

This was a short term fix for my Kenmore water softener. The biggest problem was that it was old and past it's life expectancy. Within a year I had to replace it. Nothing last forever, but this patch helped extend the inevitable.
