How to Use:
Step 1- Prepared 1x cover, 1x washer, 1x socket and 1x stud.
Step 2- Use a hammer to poke a hole on the fabric with the provided punch tool.
Step 3- Put the fabric between the cap and socket.
Step 4- Use the pointed tool, vertically hammer it with light force to push the cap and socket together.
Step 5- Poke another hole on the fabric with the provided punch tool, strike with a hammer.
Step 6- Put the fabric between the post and stud.
Step 7- Use the concave tool, vertically hammer it with light force to push the post and stud together.
Step 8- Lock the mechanisms together securely.

They are hard to get installed, and once you get them in, they don’t snap very well r stay snapped.

I bought this to convert my shirt-jacket from buttons to snap fasteners. It did require sewing up the button holes somewhat. This set worked out great. Material was a thick flannel but the depth of the fasteners was just enough. I used a separate tool to install these and no problems were encountered. So far so good! Would recommend this. I did use a separate pick to start the holes and then used the included hole punch to enlarge the holes further.

The snaps are great, but the cutting surface of the punch flattened out after the first hole and is next to useless. Can't imagine it working well on anything other than the thinnest of materials.

These are shockingly good quality for any price. They are very easy to set and I had no duds when setting. The hole punch is trash and you might get a few good punches out of it if you punch on a cutting mat or hard rubber sheet for leather punching. But even punching on an appropriate surface this punch dulled almost immediately. However, the setting tool is great. It worked beautifully every time. These have a very firm snap grip. I would not recommend these for stretch or finer fabrics. These set and snapped as good or better than more expensive snap sets I have used from distributers like Tandy Leather. This is a really convenient set that would work well for more robust applications. These snaps stay firmly snapped and I had no problems with getting a tight connection when setting.

I replace Velcro fasteners with these snaps. This kit I bought did the job perfectly . Easy/quick repair to my waterproof hunting coat and motorcycle jacket. Definitely recommend this product

Delivery was fast.I used this to put a snap for my chinstrap on my helmet.It was simple to use once I learned how to use it.I had to use Google for the instructions which were attached under the clear plastic lid and I couldn’t get it out. There was a sticker on the lid obscuring the instructions. That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars.Snaps stay in place and I haven’t had any issues, thus far.
