This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon. Every shelf is bent and twisted right out of the box with no signs of shipping damage. Tops of shelves are wavy and no where near flat. Vertical corners are flimsy and easily twist. Spend a few more dollars and get something better.

No instructions, hardware doesn't match up, terrible design. The plastic that goes on the bottom does allow for the bars to be installed at the bottom. Poor design. Not stable

Took 2 of us to put it together ( 2 women btw). The instructions were hard to follow, but once we understood it, it became slightly easier. Between the 2 of us, it took about an hour to finish. Finished product was almost worth the headache.

UPDATE - Seller got back to me and fixed the issue. Thanks for a great customer service!Before buying I noticed most of the reviewers are complaining about its assembly. I like challenging and for such a price I was ready to spend some extra time for assembly. But surprisingly it didn’t turn to be that hard. Yes, I had to apply some pressure while assembling and would say my wife wouldn’t be probably able to make it alone but for me it wasn’t bad at all. I actually spent about 30 minutes to get whole thing done so nothing to complain about it on my side. Upon opening the box first I was kind of disappointed - shelves seemed to me a little weak as well as thickness of racks. You might will experience the same feeling but don’t let your initial impression fool you. After job was done I got very sturdy, tall and stable 5 tier storage rack that fits perfectly fine into my garage environment and my needs. It’s not like this shelf is suitable to keep a truck engine on it lol but definitely more than great for keeping and organizing regular home garage stuff. As you see on my pics besides all shelving hardware they also included a pair of gloves and a little rubber hammer to simplify an assembly process. Every single rack was nicely packed to prevent any scratches. I also like it is lightweight and pretty easily movable even with absence of wheels. So I do like it besides all my initial skepticism, and for such a price I can buy one or two more instead of one of super heavy duty one that I basically don’t need for my garage use. I would recommend it! It can be definitely great for your home garage stuff, laundry room or storage shed. Hope someone will find my review helpful.

This shelf was an absolute pain to assemble. The ad says assembly is easy (which I didn’t even notice at the time I ordered), but I’m here to tell you it is not easy. I think I need therapy.That all said, this shelf isn’t amazing quality or heavy duty — to be expected when “Made In China” — but in my case and for the price, it will be fine for what I need it for. Godspeed!
