I love making homemade pasta from scratch and do so about once every two to three weeks. I literally have a freezer full of fresh pasta that I could eat every day and not finish in two months on my own...I may have a problem.Part of this is my Sicilian wife whom I love to cook for, and I've tried to figure out how to make the best Italian food I can to fit into her food allergies, which sadly include both dairy and tomatoes. And while I'm not really a fan of ravioli, I know she is, so I thought it was time to try.First off, it's so easy with this kit! Literally, once you have the fresh pasta and filling made, the kit helps you finish it in minutes, even with no experience! And they turned out perfect! My family gave them a try and loved them! I can't wait for two weeks from now when I get to experiment more with this!
