We purchased a water fountain with a top light which stopped working, this one works well and is a great replacement.

This combination of pump and lights were a perfect replacement for a broken pump in my fountain. While it wasn't an exact fit, I was able to retrofit it just fine.The transformer is built into the plug itself, so it is a bit bulky at the outlet.The LEDs are very bright and are a very cool color.

Bought 2 for my outdoor fountain. Lights are a good value assuming that they last. Replacement for ones that cost twice as much but lasted 5 years. One of the transformers stopped so had to replace both to keep the same brightness. The new ones are twice as bright.

We have fountain that is several years old. We tried 5 other light rings before getting this one. Each one of them that did not fit had measurements that stated "perfect" fit or written measurements.. This is the only one we found that had true measurements..It fits, it's bright and worked like a charm. Our previous light ring was aluminum with LED. We searched all over. Bought and returned. Finally this one is it....

This 6-Light LED submersible fountain ring is an excellent value and actually puts out more light than the 12-light original that it replaced - at a fraction of the price. There could be some slight adjustment needed depending on the diameter of the unit you are replacing, but this is very easily handled (as long as the fountain opening is larger than the diameter of this unit). This unit was a slightly smaller diameter than our original, which was remedied using a small amount of craft foam and tape wrapped around the plastic housing, which enabled secure discreet positioning and it looks great. It comes with 2 hose connector adapters - one of which was a perfect fit for the pump hose. Very easy to install. Not sure how long these last, so it may be worth ordering 2 and keeping one in reserve...especially at this price.

I have 5 fountains and have purchased ring lights from Home Depot for several years. Theirs are equipped with a flexible ring to fit tightly around the fountain pipe and also have a “dawn to dusk” in-line attachment. Theirs were more expensive than these and always lost lights in the ring just after expiration of their 90 day return policy. These rings are much smaller, cool white (much brighter) but dont have the dawn to dusk feature or the flexible ring. The dawn to dusk attachment can be used with these and an adjustment has to incorporated for them to fit the fountain tubing. They are cheaper so will order more.
