Purchased these as my 1/4 inch hurricane bolts had white caps and they were becoming brittle and discolored from the sun. These new black caps were a breeze to install, and the black looks very professional in my opinion.

I got these because I have an antique dresser that I bought antique-looking pulls for.Most drawer pulls are engineered that you screw them in with just the screw head facing the inside of the drawer.The antique-looking pulls had metal screw that inserted into and protruded into the drawer space. It was then secured with a nut, leave the scratchy screw end to snag whatever I put in the drawer.After I cut them with a pair of scissors, these slipped over the screw, protecting anything in the drawer that might come into contact with it. Yeah, it still sticks into the drawer a bit, but it doesn't hurt anything.
