I bought these for our camper...install was easy and adhesion was good...they looked great and choosing colors was easy. We were very happy with them until the next day when we took the camper out...we turned the lights on as soon as it was dark enough to see them ...only to discover half the lights were no longer working...we checked the connection and everything was fine...for some unknown reason ...half the lights just stopped working ...less than 24 hours after installation...and haven't worked since...we are very disappointed... We would not recommend these.

I bought these for our camper...install was easy and adhesion was good...they looked great and choosing colors was easy. I mounted a set on the deck above the pontoons on both sides of my boat. Hooked them to the red and green lights on the bow so they come on when I turn my night running lights on. Hundreds of $$$$ cheaper than having lights installed by the boat shop!

Update! Amazon replaced them free of charge. I guess we will see how long they last. I bumped up two stars.First off when I opened the package I thought the quality of this looked great. the connections are all screw tite with orings seals. The light strips are thick. The tape is very adhesive. I installed and the colors are great. The problem is that is I installed this under my camper and have not even moved it yet. Two weeks later I have half the light strips out. I found two areas where the solder joints came apart. The light strips are junk. I will try and contact the seller and see if they will take care of it, and if so will alter this review.

The entire set fitted all around my RV. I was able to wired it directly to the 12v, I used the app from my phone or the light switch inside the RV to turn the lights on. Loved the results!!

Once connected to power, the install was easy. Make sure you clean the surface where you plan to stick the lights. I was also able to make a curve, and I had to cut them shorter, along the line marked on the lights. We took a 2500 mile trip through cooler weather and even heavy rains, and it is still stuck.The controller is line of site, so need to put the controller where it can be seen. Lights are bright with many colors and patterns to use. We keep them light blue.
