Great plate aluminum for the price. Came well protected, flat, and free from defects. I used it to make a custom cover for a Honda ECU. Just ordered more!

I used this to make some custom brake caliper guards for an old dirtbike. To get clean bends use heat and bend slowly. I used a propane torch, table vice, and vice grips to bend.

Standard aluminum sheet. Size was correct. Cut it to use for feet for dock legs. Welded good and was as described.

The product came in 300mm x 300mm x 3mmThat's a smidge less than the specified size of 12" x 12" x 1/8", though I wouldn't anticipate that causing any problems.

I have a high precision mini-mill. Most of the time I use a high precision vise as a work holding device so I dont use the "T" Slots in the table ad like to keep the chips and coolant from accumulating down in the "T" Slot grooves and on the way covers to save clean up time between jobs as well as wear and tear on the machine and operator. With this in mind I designed and built the table covers and the back board you see in the photos. It's all bolted together with SST fasteners (mostly 8-32 and 10-32) and I used 1/8 aluminum plate. It comes protected with a very heavy plastic cover adhered to both sides which I left on throughout the layout and machining process to protect the surface finish from scratches while in process. I did all of the machining, edge polishing & beveling, etc. and the surface protecting layer stayed on beautifully until I was ready to peel it off. There was no adhesive residue after removal. How do you like it?
