Very nice fireplace, I love that the flames go high and I also love the wood feel which was of my personal preference. You also have the option for the crystal look. Highly recommended.

We live that this is very customizable to have different color fire and embers. It’s also great that you can just have it lit with no heat as we have little ones running around. The remote is convenient and works great! It has really brought great comfort and coziness to our living room!

I chose this unit primarily because i liked the look of the flame option as shown in the primary picture. Now that it is installed,I really like the variety of flame options, ember options, flame speed and brightness controls - and the built in heater with thermostat. I have included pictures of flame options 4 and 5 on the brightest setting - which are primarily yellow flames.This fireplace is just what I wanted and was easy to mount on the wall. Also, I consider the fan motor to be quiet. Very, very pleased with this unit. Great value for the price paid.

We are building a master suite in the basement and wanted an electric fireplace to make the room cozy and inviting. This electric fireplace did the trick! We absolutely love it. It has multiple color, flame speeds and temperature options. It warms up the room and provides a romantic ambiance. It was very simple to install in the stud wall. We do not like the crystals so we left them out. The dimensions provided in the Amazon description were spot on so we were able to build the wall before the fireplace had arrived. The remote control is so convenient! The front glass is beautiful quality! We plan to build drawers under the fireplace. We love the slim space saving design of this cozy and modern electric fireplace that functions as a good heat source in our cold basement.

I always worry a little bit about buying big products off Amazon because I’m very little and an older female with a broken shoulder. Assembly is a hard thing for me. This took me exactly 22 minutes to put together by myself. I laid it flat on the floor and just took the screws out that way. I didn’t take the glass all the way off. I just had it halfway off mostly because I was by myself I didn’t want to take that chance. it looks beautiful and it heats up really well. the remote batteries did not work. Just make a note of that. Get some batteries. It’s absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy. I placed a wooden board on top of the unit pretty much boxed in with wood.. it looks like it’s built into the wall now when I turn on the heater, I’m going to remove the top obviously. But it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you.

Love the fireplace, the remote control is kinda confusing and could be better, but the unit is very nice and not to loud!
