These motors aren't powerful, but they're perfectly fine for display applications like gauges and clocks.

The stepper motor board (ULN2003) is easy to program and can be utilized in several different configurations and various motors. The included stepper motors (28BYJ-48) are a useful touch for various small electronics projects and work nicely but they are some of the least expensive and least powerful steppers you'll find on the market. So where can you use it? One such project that I played around with using these steppers was actually a 3D printed clock. It was quite simple to create and found the project on instructables which is using an arduino base board. The programming went quick and easily and everything worked as designed. Quite happy with this little setup and I'm sure you'll find several additional projects that you could create with these as well!

They're okay for light loads. I had to print some planetary gears in order to direct drive the rods in my curtains, but they accomplished the project. A little slow but I don't notice bc generally the blinds are open when the sun comes up and closed when the sun goes down. Perfect motors for cheap blind automations.
