I wasn't thrilled with the styles or price of mud flaps out on the market, so I bought these panels to make my own. One panel made both flaps. The material is not too thin or thick and seem to have good impact resistance and cuts without splintering. After cutting the shapes I wanted, I strapped them to an empty propane cylinder and left them in the sun for a couple of days to mold to that curvature. I'm very happy with the results and still have a second panel for another project!

This plastic comes in handy for manu things and is easy to shape. To make straight cuts, clamp to a flat cutting surface along with a straight edge or metal ruler, score a line 8-10 times with a utility knife and snap it. No need to use a lot of force when doing so. Then, file and sand to final shape. Problem is, I need to order more!

Nice material. Worked great for me. Made number plates for my two grandsons mini bikes. Strong and flexible and can be cut with good scissors.

This is nice for crafts you might have or small projects. I used a heat gun to bend this and it turned out perfect. It's strong for what it is.

Bought it for the thickness and took a risk that it was ABS or some other plastic that can be glued. It it not. Maybe polypropylene or polyethylene? The glue I use for ABS did not bond at all. Now, the listing doesn't say what plastic it is, so I knew that was a risk. The sheets are fine otherwise if gluing isn't a concern for you.
