I ordered these to weld onto the main boom of my 80ft aerial lift to hold it elevated while the main lift cylinder was out of the machine being rebuilt. They work very well in the application and being pre beveled on the underside made them very easy to weld solid. The photos show where I'm using my winch tractor to hold the boom elevated with chains affixed to the welded hooks.

As advertised and well made. 3/8 in are for very large chain. I should have ordered 5/16 or even 1/4 inch. Its on me… order what you need.

Welded these on a skid steer and backhoe bucket for tie down and lifting points works great just make sure to use a competent welder

I bought there’s to weld on a tractor and they appear exactly like what I wanted. They also arrived quickly and were less money than buying them locally.
