The door to my mailbox was rusted out. Since it was encased in concrete, this seemed like the simplest option. Overall, it works great and looksissue I ever have is that mail sometimes gets stuck behind the clips that hold it in place when I'm pulling it out. It's not a huge issue, but you should know t good. The only hat it will happen.

Fit my mailbox perfectly and it looks brand new. One of the magnets came off...I sent a message to the seller and had a new magnet sent to me within 3 or 4 days of reaching out to them. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this if you have a bricked in mailbox with a sad rusted door.

I like everything about this product. Our mailbox is housed inside of a stucco holder. Thought I would have to replace entire mailbox because the door was old and bent. I found this and it was easy to install and works very well. Also bought a vinyl red flag to replace the old one and it's good too. Worth the money.

Once in a while you get an item that does exactly what is supposed to and does it well. This is such an item. Highly recommend.Mail carrier couldn't seem to push close box resulting in wet mail, and also exposing mail to passers by. Not good. Apparently carrier can use a magnetic closer. Box has not been left open since installation. Installation was very easy.

I took a while to decide which mail box cover to buy compared to the ones that are available in stores and was a little apprehensive when I saw that this is a "frequently returned item". And mine was so rusted that I couldn't think anything will be a fix. However, this turned out to be a great fit, very easy to install even if the mailbox is rusted to almost nothing. So proud of this purchase. The only reason to return this would be if you took the measurements wrong!!

It snapped right in place. Wish the magnet was a little stronger to hold door shut. But, it’s working so far.

For most that have a brick mailbox and cannot replace the entire mailbox this is a very easy and cheap alternative. My door was rusty and eventually broke. I chose this as a replacement and repainted the mailbox as well to match the new clean white. Mounted it in about 10 seconds once my mailbox paint dried for a few days. Been about 2 weeks and no issue yet.If asked for possible improvements the only thing I could suggest is that there is a small circular magnet at the top of the door that keeps it closed. Mine came off after about 2 weeks of use. Could potentially use a stronger adhesive but I honestly was expecting that to happen because the magnet itself was a pretty strong magnet for it's size. With it gone the door stays closed on it's own with no issues, so again it's not a big deal to me at all. I will eventually put it back on with epoxy or something rated for a likely overkill amount of weight just to ensure it never comes off. Again, it's honestly really not needed if it were to come off you don't want to use it.The door is otherwise in there nice and firm, will not budge and with the tabs it looks like it was designed to be removed if you chose to get a new mailbox eventually.overall 5 of 5 anyone thinking about using this with your standard size mailbox don't waste your time restoring your old broken door like I was going to. This was worth the time alone to be able to just clip it in.
