Yeah when I first saw in the bag I didn't think too much about it but actually every single item in this pouch is well made and you never know when you're going to need a different size comb the brushes they work wonderfully to deshed and every other tool just helps with eliminating hair coming into my house!!

I got this brush set because of the large slicker brush, I wanted a nice big one to brush my cat. I hate little brushes that take forever for a full brushing, this one is nice and large. The quality is something you would pay 16.99 in the store for the slicker alone for easily, and to get 4 other brushes with the same quality is just awesome! Every brush in the set is sturdy with no no loose teeth or plastic parts. The bag everything comes in looks a little funny but you grow to love that as well, the fabric is a thick plastic and hold everything nicely so you don't loose pieces and can quickly grab the set for a impromptu grooming session. I use every single brush: The rubber curry is awesome for shedding, the slicker is a good tidied, comb for mating and tough to brush spots like behind ears and armpits, flea comb is good for feline chin acne and checking for bugs if need be.

The shower brush sucks; I don't use that one. The flea comb did get a little bent, but it still works. My puppy likes the dematting rake; that one is my favorite. It really helps get rid of any matting, dirt, etc., and the comb makes it easier to brush him without him going crazy. The regular pet brush is okay. I have owned worse, but it is also not the best I've used.Overall, it is not a bad deal, especially for the price. They help me keep my dog's fur clean and soft

This kit is great for my new puppy. He doesn’t seem to mind being brushed or combed. Now if I could just convince him baths are great😊
