Like the previous poster said. The busing in the gear is a little big. Had to use sandpaper grit 300 until it fit.Then used 500,800,1000,1500,2000 to smooth it out and clean it up. Everything else worked great.

Starter clutch worked great, but the gear had an oversized bushing in that required me to hone it down to fit the crankshaft. I assume they work great on older worn cranks but this was a new crankshaft for the rhino 450 that the old gear fit but the new supplied one would not without modification. If you experience this issue do not drive it down on the crankshaft it needs an oil clearance to spin freely. Use a brake hone and cut until it’s right.
