Not much to say about these. They arrived as expected with caps, spigots, and stabilizer all as advertised. Good strong quality. Stacks nicely. Thank you for making these available.

These jugs are nice quality! Much better than some you find at big box stores.

I like the weight of the containers, I like the accessories that are included, wrench, spigots, and stabilizer. I like the stack ability. What I do not like is the "tamper proof" ring on the caps. They just make using these so much more difficult, with no apparent benefit.

The containers are fine: they are stackable, reasonably thick, and look like they would last. Yes, they do have a plasticky odor when they arrive, but then again I've never ordered a plastic container that didn't smell plasticky in the beginning.HOWEVER, here is the problem. We ordered eight (8) containers, got two lids with spigots and these flimsy pop-on lids (see pic) which if you even breath on them will pop off. This is not what was indicated either in the image or description.OK, quality control mistake on their part....maybe. After twice contacting them asking for the lids, we have not heard back from them. At this price point, there should be screwable lids for ALL the containers.Accordingly, returning them and will order from a different manufacture.

This was a great buy! They are sturdy. Easy to fill, and even full are easily carried. We stacked them three high as we bought several. Probably wouldn’t want to go much higher than that because of the weight on the lower, and ease of accessibility.

for a while i was debating getting these or a cheaper version and i am confident i made the right decision buying these. They are heavy duty for sure and the stackable design is well implemented. The only thing i had to do when i bought these was drill a vent hole under the back cap and remove the ratcheting lid thing. im not sure what its called but they were easy enough to remove. The lids seal really well even when not tightened down super hard but with the included wrench, you can tighten them down as much as you want.

Water isn't just for weather-related emergencies - with the increasingly-fragile nature of our infrastructure, water line breaks and cut-offs will only become more common. The government recommendation of a gallon of water per person, per day, is laughably inadequate. This 40-gallon kit gives you enough extra water to flush toilets, cook and bathe for at least a week. The containers stack very well and seem secure - no teetering, no sign of leaks, etc. It is important to MAKE SURE you get the bung wrench with your order, that's really the only way to tighten down the lids and, more importantly, get them off. It's also important to buy the water treatment drops so you can fill these jugs up, treat the water, seal them and then effectively forget about them until you need them. The included spigot lids is an added bonus.

I bought this set in May but only opened the boxes to make sure what I had ordered was in there. I didn't get around to filling them up until the end of Aug as we had some construction going on. When I went to fill them, I found 2 had defects on the bottom rendering them useless. Clearly I was well past the return window but reached out to the seller and explained what happened. Within a couple day I had replacements at my door! What wonderful customer service! As far as the containers go, they are very sturdy and easy to use. They are all stacked up and ready to go should we need them. We used heavy duty casters and thick plywood to stack them on so we can roll them around as needed. These are so much better than our 55 gallon drums because they are far more portable. Well worth the money!
